I was looking for a big desk for my office to replace an old thrift store desk I had been kicking around for years. I was very tempted to order or build one of those IKEA ideas or butcher block a countertop desk, because I wanted the big openness and depth. Eventually though, I settled on this desk due to the price and design. And I have to say, i am very impressed.
The desk was a very good size when done, and the metal frame makes it solid and not cheap feeling. The top came in four pieces that I had to assemble together for the final size, and it required some space to setup, but in the end it was exactly as expected. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a permanent desk to update their office to go with this product. You will not be disappointed.
As advertised and then some. Sturdy with plenty of workspace. Nice finish. Plan to buy again to form an L shaped work area for photography, video and audio production. Assembles well however plan on allowing at least one perhaps 2 hours to complete the job. Very pleased.
I love this desk. The size is perfect, lots of desktop space. The assembly took me a little longer since I just had my knee replaced but I got it done. There were a couple of screws that just didn't want to go into their respective slots but messing around I got them in. I would recommend this desk if you need the desktop space and room for monitors.
I use this as a computer desk which holds my computer and two monitors. I love it!
