WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET GROUP CONDITIONS
The warranty is automatically registered when the original purchaser orders and receives the product from our online store and is valid only for the original purchaser.
COVERED PRODUCTS
Tribesigns will replace any components deemed defective or damaged (including damage during transit). If the product is damaged due to user installation error, please contact us via email and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

1. Warranty claims
All claims under this warranty must be initiated through Tribesigns and submitted via email to order@tribesigns.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product must be submitted with any warranty claim. Before submitting a warranty claim, please email order@tribesigns.com, as there may be a simple solution to your problem that does not require a claim.
