30-day return & exchange policy
General Return
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt, but you have to bear some costs for return or exchange if it is not quality problems. The item(s) must be:
1. In brand new condition
2. Not yet mounted or assembled
3. Unused with no missing parts
4. With original tags and in original packaging
Please note that the 30-day return period refers to the delivery time of each individual item listed on the carrier's website, not the entire order. If the items you report for return are marked as over 30 days from delivery, we cannot accept them.
Special circumstances
A few items cannot be returned, including:
1. Clearance items
2. Custom-designed items
3. Offline purchases (items or parts not listed on our website)
4. Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
5. Assembled or disassembled products
6. Without original packaging or with severe damage to the original packaging
7. Please note that any items returned without authorization will not be eligible for a refund and will be rejected upon delivery to our Return Center.
Cancellation of orders & possibility
Before shipping
1. Cancellation of order: No processing fee
2. Change of address: No processing fee
3. Replacement and exchange: If the customer does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly lower than the original order, the product difference will be charged.
After shipping
1. Order Cancellation: If your order has been shipped and cannot be changed, you can refuse the package.
The customer bears the return shipping costs of £100. Tribesigns will provide a return label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.
Please note: We do not accept returns of accessories that do not have quality issues.
2. Address change: If you do not change your address, you may refuse the package and will be charged £100 as a return shipping fee.
3. Replacement delivery and exchange:
A) If you do not change your address, you can refuse the package and you will be charged £100 as a return shipping fee.
B) If you do not reject the item and still wish to cancel the order, the customer will bear the return shipping costs of £100.
Before returning
What you need to know before processing a general return
1. Please DO NOT discard any original boxes or packing materials from the received item(s).
2. You would need to pack the same way when the item arrives to ensure the product meets the requirements for the carrier. For large products, you will need to prepare the pallet yourself.
3. Any additional services used in the process of ordering are NOT refundable for general returns, including doorstep drop-off, drop-off to a room of your choice, and white glove delivery.
4. At least one full picture of the product and outer carton, as well as one picture of the inner packaging, so we can assess the product's condition and eligibility for return.
5. You are responsible for the return shipping costs if there are no quality issues.
6. In certain regions, we can provide you with a prepaid return shipping label; the return shipping fee will be deducted once the item is returned. If we are unable to provide a prepaid return label, you will need to arrange the return yourself.
Defective or damaged products
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and report any missing parts, faults, damage, or incorrect items immediately. These must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Claims made outside of this reporting period will be evaluated under warranty.
Please provide us with a copy of your original order confirmation, confirming the item number and quantity of defective items, photos or videos clearly showing the defect, and the packaging and label on the packaging. Depending on the situation, we will be responsible for a refund, exchange, or replacement, depending on your preference.
Please note that we will not cover repair costs if unauthorized repairers are used.
Additional terms and conditions
1. Damaged items are those that were damaged during transit.
To serve you efficiently, please report the damaged product to customer service within 3 business days of receiving the item and do not discard the damaged item or its packaging. See "I received a damaged item" for more information.
2. Undeliverable and Rejected Packages
If a delivery is refused for any reason or is deemed undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty, which may include, but is not limited to, additional shipping and handling fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days via your original payment method.
If you haven't received your refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for a refund to officially post. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at order@tribesigns.com .
Returns of new and unused items outside the 30-day window
If you wish to make a return outside the 30-day window, you may return the item, provided it is in new and unused condition, for a refund of the return shipping costs and a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price.
